Clint Rawlings
Executive Director America’s Hauling for Hope Over two decades, Clint has worked closely with businesses, politicians, and nonprofits to mentor and develop successful branding. He educates small to medium businesses on best practices to identify and engage with their target market and helps businesses grow and train their sales forces and create better connections through communication. He helps organizations develop product campaigns, and develops, oversees, and manages social mediaI platforms across multiple applications. He teaches people how to use tools to create effective engagement across social media. Clint co-founded America’s Hauling for Hope (AHH), a nonprofit in 2017. AHH works with low-income and those designated by the United Way as Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed (A.L.I.C.E.) households to end hunger and end poverty. AHH is a Maryland Food Bank (MFB) partner food pantry. AHH bridges the gap between food insecure households and access to food by delivering groceries to households that are unable to get food on their own due to lack of transportation, disability, or because they work during the hours food pantries are open. Their grocery delivery programs combine an online food ordering application with financial literacy education. To date, they have provided groceries to 1,000 people monthly and have helped 61 households get out of poverty, eliminating their need to rely on outside sources to provide food. AHH serves 270 households in Washington County and as of Nov 4, 2024 has expanded into Allegany County Maryland. AHH is successful because of their collaborations. Clint utilizes his expertise in business development, community development, and marketing to consult other nonprofits on how to develop similar food insecurity programs. |
