"Felix the Groundhog" at Big Cork Winery

The Washington County branch of the WMFC hosted a local food forum at Big Cork Winery on February 2, 2018. This event was a huge success! There were 24 venders providing samples and selling their local food products, with over 100 people in attendance. Those who attended were able to connect with local vendors, learn about what local foods are available, and pose for a picture with Felix the Groundhog!

I used to work for a winery as well, and it was one of the best jobs that I had. Well, it was amazing how much liquor I got to drink for free there. First of all, working in that winery really allowed me to learn a lot about liquor. If you ask me, that is part of the reason why I was able to get into the field that I am now. I am grateful for that working experience.
