Bringing education, information, and a chance to collaborate in rural Maryland. The purpose of the meeting is to have people from state and local agencies, community-based organizations, and students come together to network, share resources and tools, brainstorm how to solve rural Healthcare challenges, and learn about best practices on sharing health, safety, health insurance, and social services information to all Maryland residents.
